Asphalt concrete preparation process
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt concrete, in particular to an asphalt concrete preparation process. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a material treatment process: aggregate collection, material frying and vibratory screening to obtain screened aggregate for later use; heating and melting the asphalt material to obtain a molten modified asphalt material for later use; in the mixing treatment process, the screened aggregate and the molten asphalt material are mixed, and asphalt concrete is obtained; the aggregate is prepared from broken stone, stone chips and mineral powder, and the asphalt-aggregate ratio is 3.8-6.0%. Through stir-frying, the temperature of the screened aggregate is increased; according to the present invention, the asphalt material has good dispersibility, such that the asphalt material can be well fused with the screened aggregate after the asphalt material is fused so as to obtain the uniformly-mixed asphalt concrete, and after the asphalt concrete is solidified, the modified asphalt material and the screened aggregate are tightly bonded so as to provide the good stability and the good strength after the asphalt concrete forms the pavement.
