The invention discloses a permanent magnet suspension type track beam end compensation structure which comprises a track beam body, a beam end hanging frame is arranged at the end of the track beam body, a lower cover plate for installing a permanent magnet track is arranged at the bottom in the track beam body, a compensation plate, a fastening bolt and an adjusting pad are included, a kidney-shaped stepped hole is formed in the compensation plate, and a fastening bolt is arranged in the kidney-shaped stepped hole. The fastening bolt penetrates through the kidney-shaped step hole to install the compensation plate on the beam end hanging frame, and the adjusting pad is arranged between the compensation plate and the lower cover plate. By the adoption of the technical scheme, stepless adjustment of the gap between the two adjacent track beams can be achieved through the compensation plate, so that the design requirement is met, and the problem that the length manufacturing tolerance of the track beams is matched with installation of the permanent magnets is solved.
