The invention provides an assembly type temporary road, and relates to the technical field of road engineering, a road body is formed by splicing a plurality of prefabricated slab bodies, angle steel is embedded in the four corners of the upper surface and the lower surface of each prefabricated slab body, and double-layer two-way slab inner steel bars are arranged in the prefabricated slab bodies; connecting lifting hooks are fixedly connected to the intersections of the in-plate steel bars correspondingly, omega-shaped lifting hooks are arranged at the two ends of the interior of each prefabricated plate body correspondingly, the two sides of each omega-shaped lifting hook are connected with the in-plate steel bars through a supporting assembly and a limiting assembly correspondingly, and the adjacent prefabricated plate bodies are fixedly connected through a first connecting component and a second component. The prefabricated plate bodies, the in-plate steel bars, the connecting lifting hooks, the omega-shaped lifting hooks and the angle steel are poured into the unit plates in advance through the concrete, then the multiple prefabricated unit plates are spliced through the first connecting components and the second connecting components, splicing and dismounting can be facilitated, the recyclability of the prefabricated unit plates is enhanced, material waste is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供装配式临时道路,涉及道路工程技术领域,道路本体由若干个预制板本体拼接而成,每个所述预制板本体上下表面的四角处分别内嵌有角钢,所述预制板本体内部设置有双层双向板内钢筋,每个所述板内钢筋相交处分别固定连接有连接吊钩,所述预制板本体内部两端分别设置有Ω形吊钩,所述Ω形吊钩两侧分别通过支撑组件和限位组件与板内钢筋连接,相邻所述预制板本体通过第一连接构件和第二构件固定连接,通过混凝土预先将预制板本体、板内钢筋、连接吊钩、Ω形吊钩、角钢浇筑而成单元板,再通过第一、第二连接构件将若干预制单元板拼接,能够便于拼装和拆除,加强了预制单元板的可循环利用性,减少材料的浪费,降低施工成本。
