The invention discloses a beam bottom wood formwork independent supporting and post-dismantling system which comprises a beam bottom wood formwork for supporting a reinforced concrete beam, a wood square column arranged at the bottom of the beam bottom wood formwork and a supporting system arranged at the bottom of the wood square column, and the beam bottom wood formwork comprises a front end beam bottom wood formwork, a middle beam bottom wood formwork and a rear end beam bottom wood formwork. The square wood columns comprise a front-end square wood column, a middle square wood column and a rear-end square wood column, and the supporting system comprises a first supporting system for supporting and connecting the front-end square wood column, the middle square wood column and the rear-end square wood column and a second supporting system for independently supporting and connecting the middle square wood column. According to the post-disassembled second supporting system, the middle beam bottom wood formwork and the middle square wood column which are independently arranged, the beam span is effectively reduced, continuous turnover use of engineering formwork materials is facilitated, the construction progress and the concrete strength are met at the same time, and therefore the construction quality and the construction period are guaranteed. The invention further discloses a construction method of the beam bottom wood formwork independent support post-dismantling system.
