The invention provides high-workability concrete containing modified machine-made sand and a preparation method thereof.The high-workability concrete containing the modified machine-made sand is prepared from, by weight, 100-110 parts of a cementing material, 220-250 parts of fine aggregate, 380-430 parts of coarse aggregate, 3-6 parts of a water reducing agent and 65-80 parts of mixing water, the fine aggregate contains 50-80 wt% of the modified machine-made sand, and the coarse aggregate contains 50-80 wt% of the modified machine-made sand. Natural fine aggregate is partially replaced, the self-made modified machine-made sand is adopted, raw material preparation is optimized, reasonable compounding is achieved, the surface activity and dispersity are excellent, the material structure compactness is high, the excellent mechanical property is achieved, the prepared concrete is good in workability, the comprehensive performance is remarkably improved, the concrete is suitable for preparation of concrete of C50 or above, and the applicability is high.
本发明提出了一种含改性机制砂的高和易性混凝土及其制备方法,该含改性机制砂的高和易性混凝土包括以下重量份数组分,胶凝材料100‑110份、细骨料220‑250份、粗骨料380‑430份、减水剂3‑6份、拌合水65‑80份,其中,细骨料中含占比50‑80wt%的改性机制砂,本申请部分替代天然细骨料,采用自制改性机制砂,通过优化原料配制,合理复配,具有优异的表面活性和分散性,且材料结构密实性强,具有优异的力学性能,制得的混凝土和易性好,综合性能显著提高,适用C50以上混凝土配制,适用性强。
