The sand-based water permeable brick with the accumulated water warning function comprises a water permeable brick base body, a warning mark which is different from the water permeable brick base body in color and used for warning road surface accumulated water is embedded in the surface layer of the water permeable brick base body in a melting mode, and the surface of the water permeable brick base body is further coated with a color-changing ink surface layer completely covering the warning mark. The color-changing ink surface layer is configured to have the natural color capable of covering the warning mark and become transparent when encountering water so that the warning mark below the color-changing ink surface layer can appear. According to the water permeable brick, under the condition of heavy rain, when rainwater fills the whole water permeable structure to form accumulated water, the color-changing ink surface layer becomes transparent, then the warning mark embedded in the surface layer of the water permeable brick base body in a melting mode is shown on the surface of the water permeable brick base body, and the warning mark with the obvious color plays a good accumulated water warning role on pedestrians passing by; pedestrians are prevented from stepping on accumulated water to affect life and travel.
