The invention provides a steel pipe pile rock-socketed construction process under complex geological conditions, which comprises the following steps: pre-formed hole construction: drilling holes to reach a plurality of pre-formed holes at design positions in complex geology through a drilling machine construction mode, and performing sand backfilling operation in the pre-formed holes; the number of the preformed holes is multiple, the preformed holes among the multiple preformed holes are arranged adjacently, and the lap joint distance between every two adjacent preformed holes ranges from 15 cm to 25 cm. Steel pipe pile sinking is conducted, specifically, the steel pipe pile is placed in the guiding device, pile sinking is conducted on the steel pipe pile in the preformed hole, and the pile sinking position and perpendicularity of the steel pipe pile are monitored according to the monitoring device; pouring of the steel pipe pile: after sand is taken out in the steel pipe pile, concrete pouring is carried out on the steel pipe pile by utilizing a guide pipe method; and the steel pipe pile is taken out, specifically, the steel pipe pile in the preformed hole is taken out, the preformed hole is filled with sand, and construction of the steel pipe pile is completed. According to the method, through the addition of the preformed holes and the like, pile sinking construction under the complex geological condition is achieved.
