Cross-shaped inner supporting circular pipe and taper pipe conversion joint and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a cross-shaped inner supporting round pipe and taper pipe switching node which comprises a first round pipe section, a taper pipe section, a second round pipe section, a set of straight rotating round plates and a cross-shaped web plate, the first round pipe section is arranged above the taper pipe section, the second round pipe section is arranged below the taper pipe section, the straight rotating round plates are distributed below the second round pipe section, and the cross-shaped web plate is arranged below the straight rotating round plates. The cross web is arranged in the taper pipe section and the second circular pipe section, and the lower portion of the cross web is arranged on the inner side of the straight rotating circular plate. The structure of the conversion joint is optimized, the conical pipe section, the first circular pipe section and the second circular pipe section are arranged, conversion between the cylindrical shape and the conical shape is achieved, meanwhile, the finger-rotating original plate is further arranged, arrangement of the second circular pipe section is facilitated, conversion from a straight plate to a circular pipe is achieved, and the conversion efficiency is improved. The node conversion requirement can be better met according to the construction requirement, meanwhile, the structural form with the thick lower portion and the thin upper portion is formed, the stability and supporting performance of the whole node are improved, and then the safety of the node in the using process is effectively improved.
