The invention discloses a smart city high and low voltage transformer station, the structure thereof comprises a top cover, a heat dissipation port, a cabinet door and a machine body, the heat dissipation port is installed at the lower position of the front end of the cabinet door, the cabinet door is hinged to the front end of the machine body, the top of the machine body is connected with the bottom of the top cover, and when the cabinet door is opened during emergency maintenance in rainy days, the cabinet door is opened; rainwater entering the machine body can be guided downwards through the inclined inner wall of a lower drainage mechanism on a circuit connecting mechanism, the rainwater flowing downwards into the lower drainage mechanism can be drained downwards through a gap between the inner wall of a bearing frame and a stress block, and through reverse thrust generated by a reverse thrust strip on a movable block, the rainwater can be drained downwards through the movable block. The movable block can slide and contract upwards along the center rod, so that the blocking mechanism can be reset to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the bottom fixing plate, the sealing performance between the outer surface of the blocking mechanism and the inner wall of the bottom fixing plate can be improved through the external face, and therefore rainwater below the drainage frame cannot overflow upwards into the machine body through the drainage frame.
