Design method of conductive asphalt mixture based on carbon black and carbon fibers
The invention provides a design method of a conductive asphalt mixture based on carbon black and carbon fibers, belongs to the field of asphalt mixtures, and solves the problems that the current conductive asphalt mixture is difficult to design, the conductivity and pavement performance of the asphalt mixture are difficult to comprehensively judge in the design process, the actual design process is too complicated and the like. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding conductive carbon black with different doping amounts into asphalt, observing the uniform distribution condition of the carbon black by utilizing a fluorescence microscope, measuring the resistivity so as to obtain a curve of the resistivity and the doping amount of the conductive carbon black, and comprehensively judging and determining the optimal doping amount of the conductive carbon black according to three indexes of the asphalt with different doping amounts; then adding different doping amounts of carbon fibers into the aggregate, stirring with the carbon black modified asphalt, observing the uniform distribution condition of the carbon fibers by using a CT scanning technology, and measuring a curve of the resistivity of the mixture and the doping amounts of the carbon fibers; and finally, integrating the influence of pavement performance such as high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of the mixture, and further optimizing the design method of the conductive mixture.
本发明提供了一种基于炭黑和碳纤维的导电沥青混合料的设计方法,属于沥青混合料领域,该方法解决目前导电沥青混合料设计困难、设计过程中难以综合评判沥青混合料导电性和路用性能,实际设计过程过于复杂等问题。首先在沥青中加入不同掺量的导电炭黑,利用荧光显微镜观察炭黑的均匀分布情况,测量电阻率从而得到电阻率与导电炭黑掺量的曲线,根据不同掺量沥青的三大指标综合评判确定导电炭黑的最佳掺量;然后在集料中加入不同掺量的碳纤维,与炭黑改性沥青搅拌,用CT扫描技术观察碳纤维的均匀分布情况,并测得混合料电阻率与碳纤维掺量的曲线;最后综合混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能的影响,进一步优化导电混合料设计方法。
