The invention discloses a ceramic product prepared by recycling waste porcelain. The ceramic product is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10-90 parts of alpha-aluminum oxide, 5-85 parts of waste porcelain and 5 parts of a plasticizer. According to the invention, waste ceramic is recovered, alumina is added into waste ceramic recovery processing, and mullite is added by adopting a firing method of heating in an oxidizing atmosphere and a reducing atmosphere, so that the development and formation of needle-like mullite in a waste ceramic regenerated product can be well promoted, and the breaking strength of the ceramic is enhanced; therefore, a ceramic product which is lower in water absorption and higher in breaking strength compared with the original ceramic is prepared.
本发明公开了一种废瓷回收再生陶瓷制品,该陶瓷制品主要由重量份数为α‑氧化铝10‑90份、废瓷5‑85份和塑化剂5份制成。本发明把废瓷回收,将氧化铝添加进入废陶瓷回收加工中,采用氧化气氛及还原气氛加热的烧成方法来增加莫来石,可以很好地促进废陶瓷再生制品中针状莫来石的发育形成、以增强陶瓷的抗折强度,从而制备出比原有陶瓷吸水率低和抗折强度更高的陶瓷制品。
