The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a large-span cast-in-place beam construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, completing construction of bridge bearing platforms and bridge piers on two sides of a road; s2, a plurality of stand columns are fixed to the bearing platform in the first direction through a crane, and gaps are reserved between the stand columns and the bridge piers; s3, bearing beams are installed on the tops of the multiple stand columns in the first direction, and trusses are installed on the bearing beams in the second direction; and S4, a support and a box girder formwork are installed above the truss, the box girder formwork is fixed to the support, and then concrete is poured into the box girder formwork to manufacture the box girder. By means of the method, large-span construction of the bridge can be achieved, the truss is high in strength, not prone to deformation and good in stability, and in the box girder construction process, a road below the box girder can normally pass through.
