Stacked photovoltaic module installation system and installation method thereof
The invention relates to a stacked photovoltaic module mounting system and a mounting method thereof. The stacked photovoltaic module installation system comprises a left frame, a right frame, an upper frame, a lower frame, a pressing block, a water blocking rubber strip, a transverse keel, a longitudinal keel, an aluminum alloy cover plate and a positioning hanging point, the left frame and the right frame are the same in structure and are used for left-right lap joint of the system, and the upper frame and the lower frame are used for up-down lap joint of the system. Wherein the transverse keels and the longitudinal keels are vertically arranged, the transverse keels are arranged above the longitudinal keels, and the positioning hanging points are fixed to the tops of the transverse keels through bolts and used for hanging the lower frame. The problems that in the prior art, an assembly is poor in waterproof performance, waterproof assembly installation is tedious, and installation labor cost is high are solved; transverse and vertical drainage grooves need to be installed, and the installation cost is high.
本发明涉及一种叠加式光伏组件安装系统及其安装方法。该叠加式光伏组件安装系统,包括左边框、右边框、上边框和下边框、压块、阻水胶条、横向龙骨、纵向龙骨、铝合金盖板和定位挂点,所述左边框和右边框结构相同,左边框和右边框用于系统的左右搭接,上边框和下边框用于系统的上下搭接,其中横向龙骨与纵向龙骨均设置有若干根且垂直放置,横向龙骨设置在纵向龙骨上方,定位挂点通过螺栓固定在横向龙骨顶部,用于对下边框进行挂接。解决了现有技术中组件防水性能较差,防水组件安装繁琐,安装人工成本高;需要安装横向和竖向排水槽安装造价高等问题。
