Flexible photovoltaic module installation component and installation method
The invention relates to a flexible photovoltaic module installation component and an installation method. The flexible photovoltaic module installation component is composed of an edge pressing clamp upper buckle plate, a middle pressing clamp upper buckle plate, an edge pressing clamp, a middle pressing clamp, an I-shaped guide rail, a connecting fastener and a bolt and nut set. The side pressing clamps or the middle pressing clamps are respectively fastened by side pressing clamp upper buckle plates or middle pressing clamp upper buckle plates, and are arranged on the tops of the I-shaped guide rails by bolt and nut groups; the connecting fastener is installed at the bottom of the I-shaped guide rail through a bolt and nut set. The connecting fastener can be matched with roof tile connecting structures in different shapes by changing the shape of an empty groove formed by the vertical clamping strip and the L-shaped clamping strip. The overhead height between the bottom of the photovoltaic module and the roof tiles is adjusted by selecting the height of the connecting fastener, so that the heat dissipation effect is kept; the installation firmness of the flexible photovoltaic module is improved through the edge pressing clamp upper buckle plate and the middle pressing clamp upper buckle plate, meanwhile, the risk that the photovoltaic module is damaged by installation stress is reduced, and the safety of the flexible photovoltaic module installation component is enhanced.
