The self-resetting rotating friction damper comprises a rotating device, and a friction energy dissipation device and a disc spring self-resetting device are arranged in the middle of the rotating device; four friction surfaces and four non-friction surfaces can be formed when the friction energy consumption device rotates; the friction energy consumption device and the rotating device are connected in series through the disc spring self-resetting device. It can be guaranteed that the pre-pressure of the damper self-resetting device is stable, the friction force of the energy dissipation device changes along with increase of the corner, the recovery capacity and the energy dissipation capacity of the assembly type concrete frame structure are improved, rapid and low-cost repair after an earthquake is facilitated, the original normal use function is maintained, and the service life of the assembly type concrete frame structure is prolonged. And reference is provided for the design of the shock-proof structure with the recoverable function.
本发明公开了一种自复位转动摩擦阻尼器,包括转动装置,所述转动装置的中间部分设置有摩擦耗能装置和碟簧自复位装置;所述摩擦耗能装置在旋转时可形成四个摩擦面和四个非摩擦面;所述碟簧自复位装置将摩擦耗能装置和转动装置串联在一起。本发明能够保证该阻尼器自复位装置预压力的稳定和耗能装置摩擦力随转角的增大而发生变化,使装配式混凝土框架结构的恢复能力和耗能能力得到提高,便于在震后迅速、低成本的进行修复,维持原有的正常使用功能,以期为可恢复功能防震结构设计提供参考。
