The planting blocks arranged through the device can drive rainwater to flow through impact of rainwater when the rainfall is too large, the rainwater can be collected and accumulated between the planting grooves and the planting blocks, the planting grooves can store the rainwater to a certain degree, plant soil can be soaked to a certain degree when no rainwater exists, and the planting efficiency is improved. And the greening growth is more convenient and effective.
