The invention discloses a fused cast zirconia-corundum refractory brick with zero glass phase seepage. The fused cast zirconia-corundum refractory brick comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 59.6%-65.9% of Al2O3, 15.1%-17.7% of ZrO2, 16.4%-17.2% of SiO2, 2.2%-2.5% of Na2O and 0.2% of Fe2O3 and TiO2 in total. A preparation method comprises the following steps during preparation: S1, preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-64% of aluminum oxide, 23-27% of zircon sand, 7-9% of refined quartz and 4-4.6% of sodium carbonate; S2, uniformly mixing and stirring the raw materials in the step S1 to obtain a mixture; S3, adding the mixture into a corundum electric arc furnace for melting; and S4, casting and annealing the molten feed liquid to obtain the fused cast fused zirconia-corundum refractory brick. The refractory brick can realize zero glass phase seepage, has excellent performance, and ensures the upper structure of a glass kiln; the manufacturing process is easy to implement and suitable for popularization and application.
