The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite phase-change microcapsule for roads, which comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a composite phase-change material, and then taking the composite phase-change material as a capsule core and calcium alginate which is a reaction product of sodium alginate and a calcium chloride solution as a wall material, thereby providing the preparation method of the composite phase-change microcapsule. The novel asphalt pavement temperature self-adjusting material is developed, so that the asphalt pavement temperature self-adjusting material has relatively high mechanical strength and relatively high heat conductivity coefficient, and can still keep a good phase change function in a service environment, so that the pavement performance and the safety of an asphalt pavement are improved. The composite phase change microcapsule is obtained by using a reaction product calcium alginate of sodium alginate and a calcium chloride solution as a wall material. The composite phase change microcapsule has higher mechanical strength and higher heat conductivity coefficient, can still keep a good phase change function in an asphalt pavement service environment, and is suitable for adjusting the temperature of an asphalt pavement, delaying the heating/cooling rate of the asphalt pavement and prolonging the service life of the asphalt pavement.
本发明公开了一种道路用复合相变微胶囊制备方法,首先制备一种复合相变材料,然后将该复合相变材料作为囊芯,以海藻酸钠与氯化钙溶液的反应产物海藻酸钙作为壁材,提出了一种复合型相变微胶囊的制备方法。开发出一种新的沥青路面自调温材料,使其具有较高的机械强度和较高的导热系数,在服役环境下仍能保持良好的相变功能,以提高沥青路面的路用性能和安全性。本发明利用海藻酸钠与氯化钙溶液的反应产物海藻酸钙作为壁材,得到的复合相变微胶囊。该复合相变微胶囊具有较高的机械强度和较高的导热系数,在沥青路面服役环境下仍能保持良好的相变功能,适用于调节沥青路面温度,延缓沥青路面升/降温速率,延长沥青路面的使用寿命。
