The invention discloses an energy consumption box for an anchor chain, an energy consumption device and a ship arresting device.The energy consumption box for the anchor chain comprises a box body, a plurality of elastic dampers are arranged in the box body, the energy consumption device comprises the anchor chain and the energy consumption box, the energy consumption box is used for arranging the anchor chain in a penetrating mode, and under the condition that the anchor chain penetrates through the box body, the elastic dampers are arranged in the box body. The elastic damper makes contact with the anchor chain so as to store or release elastic potential energy, and the ship arresting device comprises the energy consumption device. When the ship arresting device is impacted by a ship, the anchor chain is released and penetrates through the box body in a sliding mode, in the process that the anchor chain penetrates through the box body, the anchor chain makes contact with the elastic damper, and the elastic damper is continuously switched between the two states of storing elastic potential energy and releasing the elastic potential energy by means of the anisotropy of the direction between two adjacent chain rings of the anchor chain. The kinetic energy of the ship is dissipated; meanwhile, the elastic damper is in contact with the anchor chain, the kinetic energy of the ship is further dissipated through friction loss, and the characteristic of high energy dissipation is achieved.
