The invention discloses a construction method for preventing cracking of a joint between a built-in thermal insulation shear wall and a filler wall under a window. The construction method comprises the following steps: producing a steel wire mesh frame plate of the filler wall under the window through a drawing and binding shear wall steel bars; a shear wall steel wire net frame heat preservation plate and an under-window filler wall steel wire net frame heat preservation plate are installed at the end of the shear wall; the lower portion of the under-window infilled wall steel wire net frame heat preservation plate is anchored through reinforcing steel bars with the diameter not smaller than phi 6 at the interval of 20 cm; reinforcing steel bars are distributed on the two sides of the under-window filler wall steel wire net rack heat preservation plate from the top every 20 cm; the top of the under-window filler wall steel wire net frame heat preservation plate is reinforced through U-shaped steel bars with the diameter of phi 6; the templates are sealed on the two sides of the shear wall and the filler wall under the window, and one of the templates is cast by using concrete. The problem that cracks are prone to being generated between a traditional built-in heat preservation shear wall and a built-in heat preservation under-window filler wall in the construction process is solved, the construction mode is fundamentally adjusted from the crack generation position, the durability is good, and the maintenance cost is low.
本发明公开了一种防止内置保温的剪力墙与窗下填充墙接缝处开裂施工方法,通过图纸生产窗下填充墙钢丝网架板并绑扎剪力墙钢筋;将剪力墙钢丝网架保温板和窗下填充墙钢丝网架保温板安装在剪力墙端部;在窗下填充墙钢丝网架保温板下部间隔20cm用不小于φ6的钢筋进行锚固;窗下填充墙钢丝网架保温板两侧自顶部开始每间隔20cm分布一根钢筋;窗下填充墙钢丝网架保温板顶部采用直径为φ6的U型钢筋进行加固;将剪力墙和窗下填充墙两侧封模板,使用混凝土将其一体现浇。本发明解决了传统内置保温的剪力墙和内置保温的窗下填充墙之间在施工时易产生裂缝的问题,从裂缝产生处进行根源性施工方式调整,使其耐久性好,维修成本低。
