A track beam manufacturing method based on reverse operation comprises the steps that the upper end face of a track beam is formed through a track beam mold bottom plate located on the end face of the bottom end, pouring forming is conducted on the track beam through a track beam mold composed of track beam mold side plates located on the side faces and the track beam mold bottom plate, and through the track beam mold bottom plate, the track beam mold side plates located on the side faces and the track beam mold bottom plate; according to the track beam mold, the butt joint part between the track beam and a train track is positioned, the upper end face of the track beam is subjected to flatness treatment, the track beam mold side plate is combined with the track beam mold bottom plate to conduct track beam pouring treatment, and therefore the manufacturing precision of the track beam is improved.
