A preparation method of an early-strength dispersing type water reducing agent for concrete is characterized by comprising the following steps: preparing a dispersing monomer: adding 10-15 parts by mass of maleic anhydride, 30-40 parts by mass of 4-hydroxyphenylboronic acid pinacol ester and 100 parts by mass of acetone into a high-pressure reaction kettle, mixing, then adding 1-2 parts by mass of toluenesulfonic acid and 0.5-1.5 parts by mass of methyl hydroquinone, and uniformly stirring to obtain the dispersing monomer; the temperature is increased to 100-110 DEG C, the pressure is increased to 0.25-0.3 MPa, the pressure is kept for 60-120 minutes, and the dispersed monomer is obtained after pressure relief and cooling. A benzene ring structure is introduced into the water reducing agent, has a three-dimensional steric hindrance effect, is not prone to entering the interior of a gelling mineral structure, is only adsorbed on the surface of the gelling mineral structure, and is small in concentration loss, so that the dispersity is improved. Besides, monomers obtained after hydroxyl esterification are cross-linked, and a long branch chain is formed on a main chain, so that molecules of the water reducing agent have the long branch chain, the steric hindrance effect of a system is improved, a net-shaped space is enhanced, and more molecules can play a dispersing role.
一种早强分散型混凝土用减水剂的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:制备分散单体:按重量份计,将质量份马来酸酐10‑15份、4‑羟基苯硼酸频哪醇酯30‑40份和丙酮100份加入到高压反应釜中混合再加入甲苯磺酸1‑2份和甲基对苯二酚0.5‑1.5份,温度升高到100‑110℃,并加压到0.25‑0.3MPa,压力保持60‑120分钟,泄压降温后,得到分散单体,本发明减水剂引入了苯环结构,其具有立体位阻作用,不容易进入到胶凝矿物结构内部,只是在胶凝矿物结构表面吸附,浓度损失较小,因此提高了对分散性。此外,羟基酯化后得到的单体进行交联,在主链上形成长支链,使减水剂分子具有长支链,增加体系空间位阻效应,有增强了网状空间,有更多的分子可以发挥其分散作用。
