The invention relates to the technical field of bridge protection equipment, and discloses a bridge safety performance-based bridge anti-collision device which comprises a bearing platform, bridge piers are fixedly connected to the two sides of the top end of the bearing platform, positioning rings are fixedly connected to the side surfaces of the bridge piers, and a bridge span is fixedly connected to the top ends of the bridge piers; the side face of the bridge span is movably connected with a buffering shell. By arranging the buffer shell, the electromagnet, the electrified plate and the contact block, ships with different impact sizes in front of the pier are buffered, when a small ship collides with the pier, the buffer shell is made of a flexible material, buffering can be achieved, and when a large ship collides with the pier, the buffer force of the buffer shell is not enough, and the buffering effect is not good. At the moment, the buffer shell is induced to deform, the two contact blocks are in contact, so that the electrified plates are in contact to generate power, the electromagnets are electrified to generate magnetic repulsive force, and enough force is provided for buffering the large ship.
