The bridge anti-collision device based on the bridge safety performance comprises a base, stand columns are installed on the top face of the base at intervals in the left-right direction, three or more transverse rods are jointly installed between the two stand columns, and multiple sets of anti-collision assemblies are installed on the multiple transverse rods at intervals in the left-right direction; each anti-collision assembly structurally comprises a support installed on the middle cross rod, a rotating plate is rotationally installed at the end of the support, and telescopic supporting rods are installed between the rotating plate and at least one upper cross rod and between the rotating plate and at least one lower cross rod. A sliding rod penetrates through the rotating plate left and right, side plates are installed at the two ends of the sliding rod respectively, a vertical plate is jointly installed on the side faces of the side plates, and the portions, between the rotating plate and the side plates on the two sides, of the sliding rod are sleeved with second springs; connecting plates are installed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the vertical plate in a floating mode respectively, and a plurality of anti-collision rollers are installed between the connecting plates. The collision force in the up-down, left-right and front-back different directions can be borne and buffered through the anti-collision assembly, damage to vehicles and personnel in the collision process is effectively reduced or even avoided, and practicability is good.
