The invention relates to the field of bridge collision avoidance, in particular to a self-restraint rail type floating composite material collision avoidance system which comprises a plurality of steel rails (1) fixed to a pier body of a bridge pier, floating composite material collision avoidance devices (2) are in sliding fit with the steel rails (1), restraint guide ropes (3) are installed on the pier body of the bridge pier, and the floating composite material collision avoidance devices (2) are connected with the restraint guide ropes (3). The anti-collision system completely has the outstanding advantages of high settability, wide fortification range coverage, simplicity and convenience in construction, long service life, low maintenance cost and the like of other forms and types of floating type composite material anti-collision; better adaptability performance is achieved in more special bridge types, and especially multi-factor coupling working conditions such as deck type and through type steel (concrete) arch bridges, large navigation clear width scale, large water level fall range and reachable ship impact are achieved; and good structural stability and engineering economical performance are achieved under the working conditions that the bridge pier is complex in structure and variable in form, and particularly the distance between double piers is large.
