The invention relates to a composite hollow glass bead A-grade thermal insulation paste material, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 45 to 59 parts of water, 0.1 to 0.3 part of dispersing agent, 0.1 to 0.3 part of reinforcing agent, 10 to 15 parts of emulsion, 0.1 to 0.5 part of fiber, 0.1 to 0.5 part of antiseptic and anti-mildew agent, 0.1 to 0.4 part of water repellent agent, 0.1 to 0.5 part of water-retaining agent, 0.2 to 3.2 parts of aerogel and 26.6 to 39.8 parts of composite hollow glass beads. According to the invention, the hollow glass beads are used as carriers, and the flame retardant is introduced in a compounding manner, so that the composite hollow glass beads with both heat-insulating and flame-retardant properties are prepared. When the flame retardant is used as a main thermal-insulation aggregate to prepare an inorganic thermal-insulation paste material, due to the decomposition and heat absorption effects of the flame retardant, the emulsion content in the paste material is moderately increased, and the fireproof grade of the product can still reach grade A.
