The invention discloses polymer mortar for plugging a through-wall screw hole of an outer wall. The polymer mortar is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20 to 40 percent of cement, 10 to 30 percent of mineral admixture, 30 to 40 percent of sand, 10 to 20 percent of water and 10 to 30 percent of polymer emulsion, the sum of the mass percentages of the components is 100%. In addition, 4-8% of an external accelerator, 5-10% of a foaming agent, 1-3% of a thickening agent and 0.5-2% of a water reducing agent; the polymer mortar prepared by adopting the scheme has the characteristics of rapid hardening, foaming and water resistance, the water reducing agent and the thickening agent are blended into a state with flowability and cohesiveness and then injected into a wall-penetrating screw hole, the polymer mortar can spontaneously flow to fill the hole, and the filling compactness in the hole can be further enhanced in a short time through the rapid hardening and foaming characteristics; good waterproof capability and weather resistance are realized. Meanwhile, waterproof mortar plugging operation of inner and outer walls is omitted, cooperative matching of construction measures such as an outer scaffold and a hanging basket is omitted, the outer wall plugging construction difficulty is greatly reduced, and the quality is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于外墙穿墙螺杆孔封堵的聚合物砂浆,其组成按照质量百分数计如下:水泥20~40%、矿物掺合料10~30%、砂30~40%、水10%~20%、聚合物乳液10~30%;上述组分质量百分数之和为100%;另外,外加速凝剂4~8%、发泡剂5~10%、增稠剂1~3%、减水剂0.5~2%;采用上述方案配置的聚合物砂浆具有速凝、发泡、防水特性,通过减水剂和增稠剂调配至兼备流动性和粘聚性的状态后注入穿墙螺杆孔,可自发流动填充孔洞,通过速凝、发泡特性可短时间内进一步加强孔洞内填充密实度,具备较好的防水能力和耐候性。同时免去内外墙防水砂浆封堵操作,免去了外脚手架、吊篮等施工措施的协同配套,大大降低了外墙封堵施工难度并提高质量。
