The invention discloses a method for inducing calcium carbonate precipitation by using a urease inhibitor and plant urease, which belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering and rock mass reinforcement, and comprises the following steps: 1, extracting urease by using soybean; 2, adding a urease inhibitor into a mixed solution of calcium chloride and urea to prepare a cementing fluid; and 3, the urease solution and the cementing liquid are sequentially poured into the rock-soil body to be reinforced, and the rock-soil body can be reinforced after standing and maintenance. A long bacterial culture period is not needed, meanwhile, a small amount of urease inhibitor is added into the cementing liquid, the reaction rate is slowed down, blocking near a grouting opening is prevented, it can be guaranteed that grouting is conducted smoothly, sufficient infiltration of the cementing liquid is completed before pores are filled with calcium carbonate crystals, the rock mass reinforcement uniformity is improved, and the construction period is shortened. The method is suitable for reinforcing large-size complex fractured rock mass; good mechanical properties are achieved, and the expected reinforcing effect can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种利用脲酶抑制剂和植物脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀的方法,属于岩土工程、岩体加固领域,采用以下步骤:1、利用大豆提取脲酶。2、在氯化钙和尿素混合溶液中添加脲酶抑制剂制备胶结液。3、将脲酶溶液和胶结液依次灌入待加固岩土体,静置养护即可完成岩土体加固。本发明不需要漫长的细菌培养周期,同时在胶结液中加入少量的脲酶抑制剂,减缓了反应速率,防止注浆口附近堵塞,可以保证灌浆顺利进行,碳酸钙结晶充满孔隙之前完成胶结液的充分渗入,提高岩体加固均匀性,适合大体积复杂裂隙岩体的加固;具有良好的力学性质,可以达到预期的加固效果。
