The invention relates to the technical field of rock and soil reinforcement, in particular to a method for curing sandy soil by inducing calcium carbonate precipitation through urease. The preparation method comprises the following steps: crushing urease-containing plant seeds to obtain urease-containing powder; the urease-containing powder is mixed with sandy soil, and mixed sandy soil is obtained; the cementing liquid is poured into the mixed sandy soil to form calcium carbonate, and sandy soil solidification is achieved; the cementing liquid is an aqueous solution containing urea and calcium ions. The method provided by the invention not only can solve the problem that urease is difficult to extract and store, but also can increase the thickness of a curing layer and improve the mechanical property, and the method is simple and easy to implement, low in cost and free of risk.
本发明涉及岩土加固技术领域，尤其涉及一种脲酶诱导碳酸钙沉淀固化砂土的方法。本发明将含脲酶的植物种子进行粉碎，得到含脲酶粉体；将所述含脲酶粉体与砂土进行拌合，得到拌合砂土；将胶结液灌注到所述拌合砂土中形成碳酸钙实现砂土固化；所述胶结液为含有尿素和钙离子的水溶液。本发明提供的方法不但能够解决脲酶提取困难、不易储存的问题，还能增加固化层厚度并提升力学性能，而且此方法简单易行，成本低廉，无风险。
