A method for reinforcing loess by inducing calcium carbonate deposition through combination of guar gum and soybean urease is characterized in that guar gum and a curing solution are respectively added into loess soil according to a certain proportion, and the combined reinforcing effect of the guar gum and the curing solution is achieved; the guar gum is added to provide a plurality of nucleation sites for the curing solution in the soil body, so that the generation amount of the calcium carbonate is increased, and the calcium carbonate is uniformly distributed in the soil body; the bonding effect of the guar gum and calcium carbonate generated by the soybean urease solution play a dual reinforcing effect, on one hand, soil particles are stabilized, and on the other hand, soil pores are filled with the calcium carbonate, so that the overall strength of the solidified soil body is greatly improved; the water sensitivity and permeability of the solidified soil body are greatly reduced, the compressive strength, crack resistance and water stability of loess are effectively improved, and the method has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, good in adaptability and high in solidification efficiency.
