Hoisting method of net rack unit
The hoisting method comprises the following steps that the net rack units are spliced, specifically, in a splicing area provided with a plurality of mounting columns and a plurality of hoisting masts, a plurality of rod pieces are spliced, the net rack units are obtained, and the hoisting masts and the mounting columns are located in meshes of the net rack units; lifting the net rack unit, namely upwards pulling the net rack unit to a first preset height by taking the upper end of the lifting mast as a fulcrum; at the moment, the hoisting mast plays a guiding role, and the shaking amplitude of the net rack unit in the hoisting process is reduced; the lower end of the hoisting mast is rotated, the height of the upper end of the hoisting mast is lowered, and the net rack unit is lowered to a set position; and fixing the net rack units: fixing the net rack units with the plurality of mounting columns. And through switching of the hoisting mast, the hoisting process of the net rack unit is simplified, the time consumed for hoisting the net rack unit is shortened, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.
本发明公开一种网架单元的吊装方法包括以下步骤:网架单元拼装:在设有多个安装柱以及多个起吊桅杆的拼装区域内,将多个杆件进行拼装,获得网架单元,起吊桅杆和安装柱位于网架单元的网孔中;网架单元起吊:以起吊桅杆的上端为支点,向上拉动网架单元至第一预设高度;此时起吊桅杆起到导向作用,减少网架单元在吊起的过程中的晃动幅度;网架单元就位:转动起吊桅杆的下端,降低起吊桅杆的上端高度,以下落网架单元至设定位置;网架单元固定:将网架单元与多个安装柱固定。通过起吊桅杆的转接,简化网架单元吊装的过程,减少网架单元吊装所消耗的时间,提高吊装效率。
