The gypsum-based dry-mixed moisture-proof anti-crack mortar is prepared from, by weight, 60-70 parts of ardealite, 5-10 parts of filler, 5-10 parts of fine sand, 5-15 parts of cement, 1-2 parts of slaked lime and 0.1-0.3 part of retarder, the filler is prepared from kieselguhr and paraffin emulsion according to the mass ratio of (2-3): (1-2), and the paraffin emulsion is rosin-modified liquid paraffin; the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, phosphogypsum pretreatment; s2, carrying out gelling reaction on the ardealite; s3, mortar preparation. The gypsum-based dry-mixed moisture-proof anti-crack mortar can be used for building blocks, blocky material binding materials and the like, and has the advantages of being good in water vapor isolation effect and not prone to cracking; in addition, the preparation method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation and stable mortar property.
