The floating bridge and the floating operation platform are combined and applied to the flood drainage well arch slab building aspect, the carrying difficulty of the concrete arch slab is reduced, the stable operation platform also reduces the operation difficulty of operators, the working efficiency is improved, the risks of drowning, extrusion, high-position falling and the like of the operators are effectively reduced, and safety accidents are reduced.
本发明公开了一种便于尾矿库排洪井拱板加筑的施工方法,包括如下步骤:搭设浮桥,所述浮桥漂浮在水面上,并由岸边延伸至排洪井口;搭设操作平台,所述操作平台漂浮在水面上并沿排洪井口周向设置,所述操作平台与浮桥的一端连接;运输并加筑拱板,通过浮桥运输拱板至操作平台,在操作平台对排洪井口进行拱板加筑;填补拱板之间的缝隙,对加筑拱板之间的缝隙进行填补,确保无渗漏;施工完成。本发明将浮桥与浮动操作平台进行组合并应用于排洪井拱板加筑方面,降低了混凝土拱板的搬运难度,平稳的操作平台也降低了作业人员的操作难度,提高工作效率,有效降低了作业人员淹溺、挤压、高处坠落等风险,减少安全事故的发生。
