The industrial waste blast furnace slag is adopted to replace a traditional cement gel material, waste utilization is achieved, environmental pollution is reduced, the composite grouting material prepared by mixing the phase change material and the carbon fiber material with cement and fine sand can effectively improve the heat transfer performance of the backfill material, the phase change temperature of paraffin is set in two ranges, and the heat transfer performance of the backfill material is improved. And the system is suitable for two building working conditions in winter and summer.
本发明公开了一种相变复合注浆回填材料制备方法及回填施工方法，其中回填材料制备方法包括：将高炉矿渣粉末置于搅拌机中，加入氢氧化钠溶液初次搅拌；将初次搅拌后的浆液中加入硅酸钠溶液进行第二次搅拌；将第二次搅拌后的浆液加入其他材料，按照特定质量配比置于另一个搅拌机中进行第三次搅拌；将第三次搅拌后的浆液中添加水进行进行混合搅拌制得。本发明通过采用工业废渣高炉矿渣代替传统的水泥凝胶材料，实现废物利用，减少环境污染，且将相变材料和碳纤维材料混合水泥、细砂制备的复合注浆材料会有效提高回填材料的传热性能，通过将石蜡相变的温度设置两个范围，使得适用于冬季及夏季两种建筑工况。
