Rapid construction method for pipe roofing
The invention discloses a rapid construction method for a pipe curtain. The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that a starting well and a receiving well are constructed; measuring and setting out, marking the steel pipe driving position, and forming a pipe roof outline; a directional drill bit transversely drills from the starting well to the receiving well along the outline of the pipe curtain to obtain a long-strip-shaped groove hole; manufacturing a first steel pipe combination, fixing the first steel pipe combination and the directional drill bit in the receiving well, and pulling back the directional drill bit to drive the first steel pipe combination to be inserted into the long-strip-shaped groove hole; repeating the steps at intervals of one group of pipe positions until the first steel pipe combination in the pipe roof outline is completely constructed; second steel pipe combinations are manufactured, and the second steel pipe combinations are inserted between every two adjacent first steel pipe combinations in the same mode; after construction of the pipe curtain wall is completed, two ends of the steel pipe are blocked, and retrograde pressurized grouting is performed from the middle section of the pipe to two ends. According to the method, the directional drilling machine can be used for drilling along the outline of the pipe roofing, the precision and efficiency of pipe roofing construction are greatly improved, and the construction period is shortened.
