The invention discloses a reserving method for a cover-excavation top-down subway station side wall steel bar connector. The reserving method comprises the following steps that (1) earth excavation is conducted; (2) construction of a coiled material waterproof structure; (3) a side wall floor mold and a middle plate bottom mold are constructed; (4) according to the sequence, structure connecting horizontal bars are implanted into the inner side of the diaphragm wall, side wall vertical bars are arranged, side wall downward extending connector horizontal bars are bound, middle plate steel bars are bound, side wall upper leading wall horizontal bars are bound, waterproof structures corresponding to the middle plates are constructed at the bar implanting positions, the side wall vertical bars are steel bars with the same length as the floor height, and the side wall vertical bars are steel bars with the same length as the floor height; the lower end is connected with a straight thread sleeve which is buried and fixed in fine sand, and the upper end is connected with an upper-layer reserved joint; (5) concrete is poured; (6) excavating a lower-layer soil body, and removing the mold; and a side wall steel bar joint exposed below the side wall downward extending joint is formed below the middle plate. The side wall reinforcing steel bar position precision is high, waterproof joints are few, the construction quality can be guaranteed conveniently, and the construction period can be shortened.
