Cover-excavation top-down subway station waist rail and structure side wall combined construction method
The invention discloses a cover and excavation top-down subway station waist beam and structure side wall combined construction method, which comprises the following steps of: 1) pre-burying an anchoring section of a waist beam shear reinforcement in an enclosure structure; (2) when the foundation pit is excavated to the designed elevation of a waist beam, a cushion layer is constructed, a combined construction part is constructed, the main body of the combined construction part is the waist beam, the width of the waist beam is the same as the thickness of the structural side wall, guide walls are arranged above and below the waist beam, reinforcing steel bars of the combined construction part comprise waist beam reinforcing steel bars and structural side wall reinforcing steel bars, and the structural side wall reinforcing steel bars penetrate through the whole combined construction part; an exposed connector is arranged; the waist beam reinforcing steel bars meet the thickness requirement of the structural side wall and the stress requirement of the waist beam; finally, concrete with the same mark as the structural side wall concrete is adopted for pouring the combined building part; and (3) subsequent foundation pit earth excavation is conducted, and a bottom plate and subsequent side walls are constructed after the designed elevation of the bottom plate is achieved. The waist beam does not need to be dismantled, the construction process is simplified, the workload is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种盖挖逆作地铁车站腰梁、结构侧墙合建施工方法,步骤如下:1)在围护结构中,预埋腰梁抗剪钢筋的锚固段;2)在基坑开挖至腰梁设计标高时,施作垫层、施工合建部分,合建部分的主体是腰梁,腰梁的宽度与结构侧墙的厚度相同,在腰梁的上方和下方均设有引墙,合建部分的钢筋包括腰梁钢筋和结构侧墙钢筋,其中结构侧墙钢筋贯穿整个合建部分,设有曝露的接驳器;腰梁钢筋满足结构侧墙厚度要求、满足腰梁受力要求;最后采用与结构侧墙混凝土标号相同的混凝土浇筑合建部分;3)进行后续基坑土方开挖,至底板设计标高后施工底板以及后续侧墙。本发明可以不用拆除腰梁,简化施工流程、减少工作量,缩短施工工期,降低施工成本。
