Bracket device suitable for aluminum formwork construction of prefabricated shear wall structure
The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, and particularly discloses a bracket device suitable for construction of an aluminum mold of a prefabricated shear wall structure. Comprising a main bracket arranged on one side of a prefabricated shear wall and connected with an aluminum film C-groove plate, a constraint structure installed on the other side of the prefabricated shear wall and penetrating through the prefabricated shear wall to be connected with the main bracket, and a connecting piece connected with the main bracket and the constraint structure. The main bracket comprises a first horizontal adjusting piece which does linear motion close to or away from the prefabricated shear wall in the horizontal direction, a first vertical jacking piece which is connected with the aluminum film C-shaped groove plate and moves in the vertical direction, and a first supporting base used for installing the first horizontal adjusting piece and the first vertical jacking piece. Supporting can be effectively achieved, the amount of steel used for supporting is reduced, aluminum mold damage caused by the fact that the split bolts of the aluminum mold on the prefabricated wall are difficult to perforate and broach due to construction errors is avoided, and meanwhile the construction cost is reduced.
