The invention discloses a prefabricated shear wall joint formwork structure and a construction method, and relates to the field of prefabricated building engineering. The formwork structure comprises a shear wall connecting piece, an outer side formwork, an inner side formwork and a unilateral bolt fastener. A plurality of unilateral bolt connecting pieces are evenly arranged on the inner side of the outer side formwork at intervals. Bolt through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the unilateral bolt connecting pieces, of the inner side formwork; the unilateral bolt connecting piece is horn-shaped, a thin opening of the unilateral bolt connecting piece protrudes towards the outer side of the outer template, and a nut is mounted at the bottom of the unilateral bolt connecting piece; the unilateral bolt fastener comprises a screw rod and a rotating operation part at the top of the screw rod; threads of the lead screw are matched with internal threads of the nut, and the end of the lead screw is matched with the horn mouth in shape. The inner formwork and the outer formwork are in one-way connection through the through holes reserved in the wall, operators do not need to work on the outer side of the wall, and the method has the advantage of being easy and safe to erect.
