Full-age negative carbon concrete precast pile and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a full-age negative carbon concrete precast pile which is prepared from a reinforcement cage and negative carbon concrete, the negative carbon concrete is a mixture of a cementing material, aggregate, water and an additive, and the cementing material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 65-74% of gamma-C2S, 15-25% of cement and 1-20% of an auxiliary cementing material, the invention also provides a preparation method of the full-age negative carbon concrete precast pile, and compared with the prior art, the full-age negative carbon concrete precast pile and the preparation method thereof have the following advantages: firstly, by using low-carbon cementing materials such as gamma-C2S and the like, the CO2 absorbed by the concrete precast pile in the service full age is more than the total CO2 emission amount of the precast pile in the preparation, transportation and use processes; and secondly, through improvement on materials and the process, under the condition that the original production process is not changed, the prepared negative carbon concrete precast pile is good in mechanical property and durability, and has extremely good social benefits and environmental benefits.
本发明提供了一种全龄期负碳混凝土预制桩,由钢筋笼和负碳混凝土制成,负碳混凝土为胶凝材料、骨料、水和外加剂的混合物,且胶凝材料由如下质量分数计的原料制成:γ‑C2S:65‑74%,水泥:15‑25%,辅助胶凝材料:1‑20%,本发明还提供了一种全龄期负碳混凝土预制桩的制备方法,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:其一、通过使用γ‑C2S等低碳胶凝材料,做到混凝土预制桩在服役的全龄期内吸收的CO2多于预制桩在制备、运输和使用过程中的CO2总排放量;其二、通过材料和工艺上的改进,在不改变原有生产流程的情况下,所制得的负碳混凝土预制桩力学性能和耐久性能良好,具有极好的社会效益和环境效益。
