The invention discloses a preparation method of coal gangue-containing high-performance concrete, which comprises the following steps: S1, completely soaking coal gangue in a silane coupling agent solution for a period of time, so that a silane coupling agent kh-570 is gradually coated on the surface of the coal gangue; s2, the soaked coal gangue is taken out, and the surface film structure forming condition is observed; s3, if structural forming of the surface film of the coal gangue meets the requirement, the coal gangue is made into a grading proportion meeting the technical regulation; if the requirements are not met, soaking is continued until the coal gangue surface film structure forming meets the requirements; and S4, stirring and mixing the coal gangue meeting the requirements in the step S3 with water, cement and sand in proportion to prepare concrete. The coal gangue is wrapped by the silane coupling agent, a film-shaped hydrophobic structure is formed on the surface layer of the coal gangue, and then the coal gangue is added into concrete, so that various properties such as strength and service life of the concrete containing the coal gangue are improved.
