Lightweight refractory material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a light-weight refractory material which comprises the following raw materials: a base material, aluminum ash, corundum aggregate and a binder, wherein the base material is a mixture of magnesium oxide, coke, activated aluminum oxide and nano silicon carbide. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the light-weight refractory material, which comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the base material, the aluminum ash, the corundum aggregate and the binder aqueous solution, pressing into a blank, heating and drying, continuously heating to remove the binder, heating to 1550-1600 DEG C in an inert gas atmosphere, introducing air, and sintering for 4.5-5.5 hours to obtain the light-weight refractory material. The invention also discloses an application of the lightweight refractory material in a cement kiln. The refractory brick has low apparent porosity and can resist erosion of cement clinker.
本发明公开了一种轻量耐火材料,其原料包括:基料、铝灰、刚玉骨料和粘结剂;其中,基料为氧化镁、焦炭、活性氧化铝和纳米碳化硅组成的混合物。本发明还公开了上述轻量耐火材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将基料、铝灰、刚玉骨料和粘结剂水溶液混匀,压制成丕料,加热干燥后,继续加热去除粘结剂,接着在惰性气体氛围中升温至1550‑1600℃,再通入空气烧结4.5‑5.5h制得轻量耐火材料。本发明还公开了上述轻量耐火材料在水泥窑中的应用。本发明具有较低的显气孔率,可以耐水泥熟料的侵蚀。
