The device comprises a driving vehicle; the connecting frame group is transversely arranged on the driving vehicle; the storage tank is transversely fixed on one side of the upper end surface of the driving vehicle and is used for storing the cement mortar mixture; the feeding and conveying device is vertically and relatively slidably arranged on the connecting frame group, the upper end of the feeding and conveying device is communicated with a conveying pipe, one end of the storage tank is connected with an adapter pipe, and the adapter pipe is communicated with the conveying pipe; and the material injecting and gap filling assembly is connected to the lower end of the material supplying and conveying device and used for conducting grouting and filling on gaps of the road and bridge sections.
