MORTAR FILLING TYPE JOINT
To provide a sleeve joint capable of installing a mortar filling type reinforcement joint at an arbitrary position.SOLUTION: In a sleeve joint 1 made of cast iron for reinforcement connection, a guide projection 9 for fixing a sheath pipe having spiral grooves formed on inner wall surfaces near openings at both ends of the sleeve joint 1 are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction, and an injection port 6 of mortar is provided at one end of the sleeve joint 1 and a discharge port 7 is provided at the other end. The sheath pipe having a spiral groove formed on its surface is inserted from both end reinforcement insertion ports 2, 3 of the sleeve joint 1, and fixed so as not to be moved by the guide projection 9. A tape is wound around a tip of the sheath pipe to enhance sealing performance. The sleeve joint 1 can be arranged at an arbitrary position of a concrete member by extending the other end of the sheath pipe to an end surface of the concrete member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】モルタル充填式鉄筋継手を任意の位置に設置できるスリーブ継手を提供する。【解決手段】鉄筋接続用の鋳鉄製のスリーブ継手1であって、スリーブ継手1の両端部の開口付近の内壁面に螺旋溝が形成してあるシース管を固定するガイド突起9が周方向に間隔をあけて配設してあり、スリーブ継手1の一端にモルタルの注入口6が、他端に排出口7が設けてある。表面に螺旋溝が形成してあるシース管がスリーブ継手1の両端鉄筋挿入口2、3から挿入され、ガイド突起9によって移動しないように固定される。シース管の先端部にはテープを巻き付けてシール性を高める。シース管の他端部をコンクリート部材の端面まで延ばすことによってスリーブ継手1をコンクリート部材の任意の位置に配設可能とした。【選択図】図1
