The invention relates to a construction method of an ultra-long large-diameter pile foundation pile casing structure in a complex stratum. The construction method comprises the following steps: technical preparation; sinking the steel pipe pile on the initial working platform; and sinking the steel casing on the initial working platform. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the initial working platform adopts the steel pipe piles as a bearing structure, and the working platform in the pile casing area adopts the steel pile casings as the bearing structure, so that the construction period is greatly shortened, and meanwhile, the platform erecting materials are saved. The steel casing point contact type guide frame is adopted as a guide frame for sinking of the steel casing, and meanwhile, the center position of the steel casing is positioned by means of the guide frame, so that construction is facilitated, and smooth sinking of the casing and follow-up work are guaranteed. Detecting the horizontal position of the steel casing by adopting a casing center positioning line, and detecting the perpendicularity of the steel casing through a laser pen and a laser receiving surface; and the horizontal position and the perpendicularity are rectified by means of the hydraulic screw jacks at different positions. The construction precision of steel casing hoisting is greatly improved, disturbance is reduced, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种复杂地层超长大直径桩基护筒结构的施工方法,包括步骤:技术准备;沉放起始工作平台上的钢管桩;沉放起始工作平台上的钢护筒。本发明的有益效果是:起始工作平台采用钢管桩作为承重结构,护筒区工作平台采用钢护筒作为承重结构的搭设,大大节约工期,同时节省了平台搭设材料。采用钢护筒点接触式导向架作为钢护筒下沉的导向架,同时借助导向架定位钢护筒中心位置,便于施工且保证护筒顺利下沉和后续工作的开展。采用护筒中心定位线检测钢护筒水平位置,通过激光笔及激光接收面检测钢护筒垂直度;借助不同位置的液压螺旋千斤顶进行水平位置和垂直度纠偏。大大提高了钢护筒吊装的施工精度,减少扰动,提高施工质量。
