The invention discloses a hyperbranched concrete defoaming agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. A hydrophobic chain segment of the hyperbranched concrete defoaming agent is of a hyperbranched structure with a plurality of long-chain alkyl groups, and the long-chain alkyl groups are connected together through benzene ring units; the hydrophilic chain segment is a polyether chain segment. Compared with a traditional straight chain type defoaming agent, the hyperbranched concrete defoaming agent has the advantages that the melting point is lower, the water solubility is better, and the compatibility with additives is better; compared with a traditional polyether defoaming agent with a linear single-chain structure, the polyether defoaming agent has higher surface activity and higher defoaming efficiency, and can inhibit generation of large bubbles in fresh concrete in a short time and reduce the gas content of the concrete, so that the hardening strength and durability of the concrete are improved.
