The invention relates to the technical field of chemical materials, in particular to an emulsion type concrete defoaming agent and a preparation method thereof.The emulsion type concrete defoaming agent is prepared from, by mass, 8.5%-23% of silicon paste, 3%-8% of alkynol, 1%-10% of an emulsifying component, 0.1%-4% of a thickening component, 0.1%-4% of an anti-corrosion component and the balance water. According to the emulsion type concrete defoaming agent provided by the embodiment of the invention, the modified polysiloxane, the polyether modified silicone oil and the alkynol are compounded to serve as main defoaming and foam inhibition components, and the surface tension is effectively reduced and the dispersity in a concrete system is improved by grafting polyether chain segments while fluorine is introduced into the defoaming agent; and alkynol is introduced as a main foam inhibition component and is suitable for a concrete system to maintain beneficial small bubbles, the foam film rupture is accelerated by compounding the foam inhibition components, and the foam inhibition performance in the concrete system is good, so that the working performance is improved, and the concrete foam inhibitor has important practical application value.
本发明涉及化工材料技术领域,特别涉及提供一种乳液型混凝土消泡剂及其制备方法,按照质量份数计算,包括以下组分的原料制成:8.5%‑23%硅膏、3%‑8%炔醇、1%‑10%乳化成分、0.1%‑4%增稠成分、0.1%‑4%防腐成分、余量为水。本发明实施例提供的乳液型混凝土消泡剂能够通过改性聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、炔醇复合作为主要消抑泡成分,在消泡剂中引入氟元素的同时通过接枝聚醚链段,有效降低了表面张力并提高了在混凝土体系中的分散性,并引入了炔醇作为主要抑泡成分,适用于混凝土体系保持有益的小气泡,通过消抑泡成分复合加快了泡膜的破裂,在混凝土体系中消抑泡性能良好,从而实现工作性能的提升,具有重要的实际应用价值。
