The resistance monitoring unit is connected with the control end, the control end is sequentially connected with the bacterial liquid culture device and the hydraulic device, the hydraulic device is communicated with the hole channel, and a one-way valve is arranged on a communication pipeline. The saccharomycetes used in the method do not have great influence on the original ecological environment, the artificially cultivated saccharomycetes are high in gas production capacity, easy to obtain, simple in culture process, clean and environment-friendly in the whole process, suitable for desaturation treatment of soft soil with high water content, especially suitable for desaturation treatment and solidification treatment of dredger fill, and suitable for large-scale production of the dredger fill. The pile can effectively prevent surrounding soil from deforming and can be used as a bearing pile in the future.
本发明公开了一种微生物减饱和预制桩基及施工方法,包括桩基,所述的桩基包括桩身,所述桩身沿其长度方向间隔均匀地设有多个肋,相邻两个肋之间均预留有孔道,孔道处安装有单向阀,所述肋的下部安装有电阻监测单元,所述的电阻监测单元与控制端连接,所述的控制端依次与菌液培养器和液压装置连接,所述的液压装置与孔道连通,连通管路上设有单向阀。本发明使用的酵母菌不会对原有生态环境造成较大的影响,经过人工培育的酵母菌其产气能力大,且易于获得,培养过程简单,整个过程清洁环保,适用于较高含水率软土的减饱和处理,尤其适用于吹填土的减饱和处理与固化处理,且该桩可以有效防止周边土体变形,日后可作为承载桩使用。
