Electrode arrangement of electrolytic desaturation can be completed while the pile foundation is constructed, additional construction steps are reduced, disturbance of a traditional method to a soil body is avoided, and engineering safety is improved; the spiral pile body can generate self-inductance and mutual inductance phenomena when powered on, and the self-inductance phenomenon enables the pile body to still have current for electrolysis within a period of time after power failure; and the mutual inductance phenomenon can enable the non-electrified piles around to generate current, so that the electrolysis effect is realized.
