The sewage treatment device comprises a first vertical shaft and a second vertical shaft which form a communicating vessel, the upper portion of the first vertical shaft is connected with a water inlet pipe, the upper portion of the second vertical shaft is connected with a water outlet pipe, and the bottom elevation of the water inlet pipe is higher than that of the water outlet pipe; and a filter layer is also formed in the second vertical shaft. The sewage treatment device further comprises a backwashing pump and an air blower, a water collecting pipe and an aeration pipe are arranged on the lower portions of the first vertical shaft and the second vertical shaft, the water collecting pipe is connected to the backwashing pump, an air blower pipe is connected to the air blower, and after the backwashing pump is started, filtered water on the upper portion of the second vertical shaft is reversely sucked to conduct backwashing on the filtering layer of the second vertical shaft. The water collecting pipe is used for collecting dirty water after backwashing, and the efficient filtering efficiency of the filtering layer is recovered through backwashing. The invention further discloses a combined system sewage discharge system, the sewage treatment device is connected in the combined system pipe network, overflow sewage can be effectively treated, and pollution of the overflow sewage is avoided.
